Agreement terms

Monday - Friday 08.00-16.30
Response time: 4 hours during office time.
Period :12 months with 1 month notice.

Solo One License

Products included:
• Solo Hardware
• Replacement Kit
• Dispenser Kit

Agreement Terms

Free hardware replacement included if hardware malfunctions.

Period: 36 months.

BMS Agreement

Products included:
• Hardware
• Software
• Payment Systems

Agreement Terms

Period: 12 months with 1 month notice.

Connected Care by Range Servant

Having a constant connection to the ball dispenser ensures an overall supervision over the machine and its functionality while providing customer satisfaction by keeping track of the ball level. Connected Care will tell you when to pick balls from the range and fill up the dispenser. You can easily follow the progress of the range through the built-in calculator, which will provide information of how much each payment option you have installed generates. Connected Care will make sure your dispenser operates longer and better by keeping track of when it is time to give the dispenser a service check-up.

Warranty on ball dispensers with external payment systems i.e not produced by Range Servant will only apply if the payment system has been approved prior to the installation by Range Servant AB
